Corporate history

To support companies with creative synergetic effects, that are generated by different educational origins of each consultants, with a variation of experiences, was the business idea on which SONAR was founded nearly 23 years ago.

Five founding members have put this idea to reality and founded SONAR GmbH in Munich in 1995. SONAR’s main focus from the beginning was the personnel consultancy, head hunting and executive search in high tech B2B branches of European markets. In the course of the years the team has changed and strengthened several times. But still the idea and spirit of „life time learning from best perfomers and from other branches“, high qualification is the basis of our motivation. All our consultants and advisors have been in management positions. They all are working as consultants meanwhile for many years successfully.
